Membership Fees

• Subscription Fees: All membership subscription fees are non-refundable once the Golden Membership Card has been issued and activated.
• Initial Cancellation: If you change your mind within 24 hours of payment and before the card has been processed for printing/delivery, a full refund may be requested.

Physical Card Returns

• If you receive a damaged or defective physical card, we will replace it free of charge. Please report any issues within 7 days of delivery.
• Return shipping costs for physical items (if applicable) are the responsibility of the member unless the item is defective.

Non-Refundable Items

• Digital membership access.
• Cards already used to redeem discounts at partner locations.
